How Black Tie Works

Once you book your stay with us, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to The Getaway’s portal on Black Tie Ski. Or you can book online and use our coupon code to receive 15% off your rentals!
All you need to do is schedule your delivery and pick-up time, then select the rental package of your choice. Spoiler alert - You won’t find a better deal with packages ranging from only $30-$50 a day.
Delivery and In-Room Fittings
Their ski concierge team will arrive at your specified delivery time, and fit you with some of the best gear in the game. And trust us, once you meet their incredible team, you’ll want them to join you for the day (Unfortunately, they haven’t added this to their packages yet).
Small or crowded car and can’t haul your rentals to the mountain? No worries. The Black Tie team can even arrange on-site deliveries at the ski resort: App Ski Mtn (~7 minutes from The Getaway), Sugar Mtn (~30 minutes from The Getaway) or Beech Mtn (~45 minutes from The Getaway).
Return
When your trip has come to an end, the team at Black Tie Ski will meet you to pick up your gear. If you are making arrangements to have your rentals picked up from The Getaway, we simply ask that all gear is picked up before 10 am on the day of your departure.
